President and Founder

President / Founder

Ambassador Chuwang Davou is an Architect of Souls, Catalyst of Nations, and Builder of Generations whose five-decade transformational journey began with a divine calling in April 1974.
From humble beginnings as a surveyor, Hausa interpreter, and Sunday school teacher, he transformed into a continental influencer who has raised over 4,000 leaders across 25 years of systematic training in 17 countries. Continue reading

In a dramatic turn over the course of these five decades, Ambassador Davou encountered—by divine appointment—eight renowned, larger-than-life Christian leaders who profoundly shaped his life and ministry. He was privileged to press beyond mere literature, distance learning, or online masterclasses to meet each of these revered figures on a deeply personal basis—engaging in intensive one-on-one discipleship, life-on-life coaching, and rigorous mentorship sessions spanning years and decades.
Among these transformational encounters were God-level relationships established with Bishop R.B. Cassidy, Moses Omodanisi, Pastor W.F. Kumuyi, Morris Cerullo, John P. Kellogg, Bill Hybels, and David M. Smoot—each contributing unique dimensions to his ministerial formation and leadership philosophy.

As Founder and President of Grace & Peace Foundation and Centre for Leadership Development in Africa, headquartered in Nigeria since 1998, he has established impactful networks in Nigeria while extending his ministerial influence across Kenya, Zambia, Rwanda, Malawi, Ghana, Uganda, DRC Congo, Tanzania, Burundi, Benin Republic, South Africa, and Cameroon.

Ambassador Davou's ministry transcends conventional leadership development through his phronesis-based mentorship that creates self-replicating movements rather than personality-dependent ministries. His current fifteen-year mandate aims to "raise leaders in every African nation," establishing leadership development centers across all 54 African nations. His legacy is written in the hearts of thousands of leaders across continents, representing generational wisdom, proven methodology, and Kingdom authority forged through faithful service to Nigeria, Africa and beyond.
